Denny Klein - Founder and Chairman Emeritus

Mr. Klein founded HTA in 1997 was the inventor of HTA's original technology. Mr. Klein has extensive international trade experience that includes taking new products from conception through manufacturing and setting up national and world distribution centers. The Company has acquired all patent rights to Mr. Klein's inventions.

Kenneth R. Curley - Chairman

Kenneth R. Curley is a leader with a track record of success. Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy, Mr. Curley served over 20 years in the United States Army. Upon retirement in 1998, Mr. Curley was selected to serve within New York State government as the Director of Military Support and then Chief of Staff within the Division of Military and Naval Affairs. In 2000, Mr. Curley entered the private sector as the founder of Raymond Associates LLC, a management consulting company specializing in executive coaching and organizational development with offices in New York.

In 2003, Mr. Curley transitioned to the Country of Iraq, as the Deputy Director of Requirements Coordination in Baghdad and then as Chief of Staff Special Projects to the Coalition Provisional Authority. In 2004 upon the transfer of Iraqi sovereignty, Mr. Curley focused on private sector business, security and emergency response operations. In 2005, Mr. Curley's company supported the Emergency Response Efforts in the after math of Hurricane Katrina and Rita.

Mr. Curley has received various Military, Federal, State, Civic and Athletic Awards. Mr. Curley is a Life Time Member of the 75th Ranger Regiment Association and the Military Officers Association of America. Mr. Curley has been enshrined in the American Legions Roll of Honor and has been recognized by the National Commander for Appreciation of Service as Certified Disabled American Veteran.

Mr. Curley is a graduate of Armed Forces Staff College, Norfolk, Virginia and Catholic University of America, Washington DC with a Master of Arts degree in Psychology, concentrating on the unique aspects of Leadership and Organizational Behavior.

Mr. Curley and his wife Toni-Ann of twenty five years have four children and currently reside in Saratoga County, New York.

Michael G. Manners - President and CEO

Mr. Manners relocated from England to Houston, Texas in 1982. From a Greenfield start Mr. Manners founded Royce Homes in 1984 and by 2004 Royce was ranked as the 58th largest homebuilder in the U.S. Mr. Manners later founded a sister company Hammersmith Financial Corporation and MGM Realty. Mr. Manners took Royce to revenues in excess of $160 million and employed more than 200 people. Mr. Manners retired as President of Royce in 1998 following the partial sale of companies and totally divested himself of those companies in 2006. Royce built its 20,000th home in January 2007 and had expanded into Phoenix, Atlanta, North Carolina and Dallas with revenues approaching $300 million and more than 300 employees.

Mr. Manners is also the owner and Founder of Élan Development Company, a residential and commercial land development company based solely in the Houston market. Élan has developed approximately 40 projects including the 1,450 acre Legends Ranch community. Élan was ranked 87th in the 2004 Inc 500 list of companies.

Mr. Manners received his formal education in the U.K. and has an extensive background in finance. Mr. Manners earned a second place out of 4,633 candidates for the 1st section of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) examinations in June 1975. Mr. Manners attended Birmingham Polytechnic (now University), England, was ACCA qualified in 1977 and in 1983 was raised to a status of Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Russ Scott, Jr. - COO

Mr. Scott joined Hydrogen Technology Applications, Inc. in 2007 as a Director and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Scott is responsible for having introduced HTA's first foreign Licensee and multiple opportunities for HTA within the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Scott has more than 30 years experience in marketing and business leadership. Prior to joining Hydrogen Technology Applications, Mr. Scott was the President & Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Energy Research Group LLC, a company focused primarily on commercializing new technologies. Mr. Scott has broad experience in the introduction of LEO satellite technology and Homeland Security technologies for monitoring hazardous materials which were also business interests of Metropolitan Energy Research Group. Prior to that, Mr. Scott spent 27 years as a partner and Managing Partner of a leading sports marketing company dedicated to numerous marketing activities for leisure time equipment manufacturers in the U.S. and Pacific Rim. During his career, Mr. Scott has traveled extensively and conducted business and contract negotiations worldwide which add a much needed dynamic to HTAs short-term and long-term business development potential.

Peter Dominici - CFO

Mr. Dominici's prior experience includes more than 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer and director of a publicly traded entity, including active roles in the entity's IPO and subsequent secondary offerings that raised nearly $200 million dollars. During Mr. Dominici's tenure, the entity's revenue grew to nearly $800 million in 2000 from approximately $3 million in 1986.

Mr. Dominici is a Certified Public Accountant, having passed the certified public accountant examination in 1981 and has over 6 years of public accounting experience encompassing extensive audit, tax and public company reporting responsibilities.

Mr. Dominici is responsible for the day to day financial activities of HTA and serves the Company as a Director, CFO, and Vice President of Finance and Information.

Timothy J. Fawcett, Ph.D. - Director of Research and Development

Dr. Fawcett serves the Company as the Director of Research and Development and is responsible for the planning, execution, and interpretation of the Company's research and development efforts. Dr. Fawcett also handles the corporate governance concerning all of HTA's Intellectual Property. Dr. Fawcett has served in both the academic and private sectors. Dr. Fawcett holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida where he continues to hold a Courtesy Research Appointment.
